EXHIBITION TRADE DISPLAY $2,250 USD
Take part in the Conference exhibition to ensure maximum exposure and enjoy face-to-face interaction with pediatric brain injury decision makers and key opinion leaders. Exhibiting at the Conference will provide your organization with comprehensive access to delegates and includes:
- Trade display comprising of skirted table and 2 chairs
- One full registration to the conference for your organization’s representative
- Opportunity to purchase two additional exhibition passes for $350 USD each.
The exhibition will run for the duration of the Conference. Site positions will be allocated by the committee based on each organization’s level of sponsorship (if any), the date of booking, and proximity to competitors. All scheduled food and beverage events will be located within the exhibition area to ensure that your organization has excellent exposure to attendees.
Individual Opportunities
GALA RECEPTION $10,000 USD
Your organization will be recognised as the supporter of the social highlight of the Conference. This high-profile opportunity will be reserved quickly. Joint sponsorship by two organisations for $5000 each would be considered. Gala will take place Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 7:00 – 10:00 pm Local Alberta Time.
CONFERENCE APP $5,000 USD
The supporting company will underwrite the Conference app. This important technology is a critical component of the Conference and will feature your logo on the splash screen.
TRAINEE REGISTRATIONS $5,000 USD
Show your support of the next generation of paediatric brain injury professionals. A special ribbon printed with your name will be affixed to all trainee name badges.
INTERNET ACCESS $5,000 USD
Always in demand, meeting attendees will greatly appreciate wireless internet access in the conference area. The supporter will be recognized throughout the meeting in signage and electronic communications.
REGISTRATION BAGS $5,000 USD
Your organization’s logo or name will be printed on the registration bags provided to every attendee.
LANYARDS $4,000 USD
Supporter logo or name will be printed on all name badge neck lanyards provided to each attendee. This high-profile opportunity ensures your company will be recognized throughout the Conference.
THINKING PODS $2,000 USD
Your organization will be recognised as the supporter of informal yet impactful sessions comprised of small groups led by experienced professionals. Thinking Pods are specifically aimed for early career professionals but open to all.
LUNCH SUPPORT $2,000 USD (EACH)
Keep attendees close by during the lunch hour and associate your company with this great attendee service. Supporter will be acknowledged in all Conference materials.
POSTER SPONSOR $2,000 USD
The supporter will be recognized on signage and in the program materials before, during and after these well-attended educational events. Poster events will take place on Friday, May 1, 2026.
HOSPITALITY SUITE $2,000 USD
Supporter will host and entertain their guests throughout the Conference. Support includes branding the entry to the hospitality suite and acknowledgement on signage outside the suite.
LITERATURE TABLE $300 USD
Your organization can provide literature distributed to attendees. Literature must be letter size or smaller.
