Program Overview
The following is a general breakdown of the IPBIS Conference days:
Wednesday, April 29, 2026
12:00pm – 5:15pm Local Alberta Time: Pre-Conference Day (There is an additional fee to attend the pre-con sessions and it is not included in the main meeting registration)
- 5:30 – 7:00 pm Local Alberta Time: Launch night sessions and Youth Panel (There is no additional charge to your Pre-Conference Day registration or your main session registration to attend these sessions)
- 7:00 – 8:00pm Local Alberta Time: Opening Reception (There is no additional charge to your Pre-Conference Day registration or your main session registration to attend these sessions)
Thursday, April 30, 2026
- 8:30am – 5:15pm Local Alberta Time: Main Meeting Opening Day (This day requires a main meeting registration)
- 7:00 – 10:00pm Local Alberta Time: Gala (Additional registration is required at a minimal rate.)
Friday, May 1, 2026
- 8:30am – 5:25pm Local Alberta Time: Main Meeting Second Day (This day requires a main meeting registration) – please note that the poster events take place on this date.
Saturday, May 2, 2026
- 8:15am – 12:30pm Local Alberta Time: Closing Day of the Main Meeting (This day requires a main meeting registration)
